Men and Women Do-It-Yourself Body Hair Removal Products
By Ryan Hupfer
You know, it's funny to think that there was a time in our lives when we actually looked forward to growing hair in all sorts of different places. As we get older that starts to changes really quickly as both men and women begin to find hair starting to show up in places where we don't want it and hair starting to disappear from the places where we do want it. Unfortunately, the hair disappearing is a little harder to deal with and something that we can discuss later, but the unwanted hair showing up where we don't want it is a much easier problem to deal with.
Well, it's easier as long as you have the right tools for the task at hand, which is what we'll be talking about from here on out. So, get ready, close your eyes and listen up -- I promise this won't hurt a bit.
Why Remove Body Hair?
I guess before we start digging into some of the more effective products that both men and women are now using to remove hair from their bodies, we should ask ourselves the question, "Why do people want to remove all of this hair, anyways? I mean, isn't it totally natural to have a hairy body?"
Of course it's completely normal to have a hairy body, but for some reason social and sexual norms have created an environment where certain types of bodily hair are seen as unattractive, ugly, weird or just downright nasty. Whether you're talking about a man's back hair, a woman's unshaven armpit or that really gross hair that old men eventually find growing out their ears and noses, removing hair has been a way for all of us to fit in for many, many years and I don't see the trend changing here anytime soon.
Hopefully after reading this article, you'll become plenty familiar with some products that can help you manage your body hair in a way that keeps people from pointing at you in public. If you feel like this article has helped you out and one (or more) of these products is something that you've been looking for, you can click and purchase them from Amazon.com directly from this web page. Any questions, please let me know in the comments.
Shaving A Man's Back
Some guys have a a hairy back and some guys don't. It's really a toss-up to say who will have it and who won't, but for those of you who do happen to be exceptionally furry, the shaving tools that you see to your right can help you tame your patch of manliness so that you can once again take off your shirt without scaring little children and causing unintentional BigFoot sightings.
Whether you're looking at the ManGroomer, the Razorba, the BackSpa or the electric back hair trimmer the great thing about each of these shavers and razors that you see to your right is that each of them are do-it-yourself and allow you to shave your back hair all by yourself in the privacy of your own home.
Removing Hair From A Woman's Upper Lip
Of course men aren't the only ones who have to deal with unwanted hair. Women these days have to take care of the occasional hair or two showing up in places where they don't really want it. One of those places is their upper lip, which if not taken care of can result in some really embarrassing and unwanted looks. Let's just say that men have a hard time pulling off a moustache, so a woman with a moustache is completely unacceptable.
The products that you see to your right are all ways to deal with a woman's unwanted upper lip hair and each could potentially work depending on what you're most comfortable with. The first two options, Skin so Soft Fresh & Smooth Hair Removal Cream and H.Ogel for Permanent Facial Hair Removal are creams that can be applied daily to the upper lip as a way to remove any unwanted hair. These creams are one of the more painless ways to go, which could be a huge benefit to using them.
Another option includes the Verseo ePen Permanent Hair Removal System which is an electrolysis device that uses electric waves to remove the upper lip hair, which is also a fairly painless way to go. This electrolysis tool is a homemade do-it-yourself version of the treatment that you can get done at most spas and salons. The final option is the Tweezerman Stainless Steel Ingrown Hair Splintertweeze, which sounds fancy, but is just your standard set of tweezers that can be use to pluck out any unwanted hairs that you see popping up. Not the least painless, but always effective nonetheless.
Trimming the Unmentionables: Pubic Hair, Nose Hair and Ear Hair
Sometimes there are certain places on both men and women where you might not want to necessarily remove all of the hair, but you would still like to tidy it up a bit and keep it nice and trimmed. A few of these places include the sometimes unmentionable pubic hair region, as well as the nose and ears. Each of these sections of the body grows hair that tends to me much more coarse and unruly than the hair that is found on top of a head, on a chest or on a back. With different types of hair comes different types or tools, which you can see listed to the right and described below.
The Bliss-Philips Bikini Perfect Deluxe HP6378 is made specifically for the ladies who need to keep their bikini trimming in check and don't really want to go through the pain of a waxing. The Remington NEDH-2500 Titanium Personal Trimmer is a nose and ear trimmer that is made with both men and women in mind, so feel free to share this one with your significant other if you're comfortable with that. The Wahl 9865-100 Delicate Definitions Body Kit is made specifically for the ladies, which you can probably tell by it's stylish, red cover. Finally, the Tweezerman Deluxe Nose Hair Trimmer is all about taking care of those nose hairs, which no one really likes to deal with.
Hair-Free and Fantastic!
Hopefully this helped you find some great do-it-yourself options when it comes to shaving, trimming and managing the hair that you may or may not want to be showing up on various parts of your body. With the right tools and upkeep there's no reason why all of the hairy issues that you've been dealing with can't become a problem of the past.

Good article, but I think I will just leave the hair alone on my body, yes the guy in the picture is really hairy, one place that I am not so hairy is my back, although I am very hairy on my neck and shoulders extending down a little at the top of my back.
